  • Roadcoally is an early-stage startup that connects item senders with drivers to send items anywhere, at any time. Whether it’s your forgotten keys, medicine, or something you need from across town, Roadcoally connects you to local trusted drivers ready to help in minutes.

  • Simply press the ‘Order Now’ button on our website, pay, and a nearby driver will connect with you and arrive at your desired pick-up spot, where you can have your item picked up. You can track your items in real-time from pick-up to drop-off, all on your phone.

  • Almost any item that is safe and small enough to fit in a sedan-sized vehicle can range from groceries, electronic items, and personal essentials that you'd like to send, to flowers, shoes, electronics, food, or even a cup of coffee, and packages to individual items or forgotten belongings. For safety and legal reasons, we don’t allow illegal, perishable, or hazardous items.

  • Drivers are everyday people & are classified to work for Roadcoally as independent contractors in your area who’ve passed identity verification and background checks. They use their own vehicles & are responsible for their own insurance.

  • Our support team is here 24/7. If an issue occurs, you can report it directly through our contact page, and we’ll resolve it quickly via email support.

  • Yes. Every driver is verified by our third-party company partner, Veriff, which we use to conduct background checks on all our drivers. Additionally, all drivers can be tracked during deliveries. Payments are securely handled by our secure payment partner, Stripe. Support Communications are handled securely through our email & phone number. For secure communication with drivers, you can use your personal number with a reliable phone carrier or iCloud, which are trusted methods for secure communication.

  • Payments are processed securely through our website using Stripe, our payment partner. You’ll see the price upfront, no hidden fees. Drivers are paid instantly after completing their delivery.

  • Once a driver accepts your request, you’ll see live GPS tracking from pickup to drop-off via your phone number. From the moment your item is picked up, through transit, and dropped off.

  • Delivery hours depend on local driver availability; we operate with 24-hour coverage within our delivery zones.

  • You may cancel delivery 15 minutes before when your driver arrives. Please get in touch with us immediately on our website's contact page before a driver picks up your item. If it has already been picked up, cancellation fees may apply to compensate the driver for their time. Drivers will be required to return your items to the original pick-up spot. If the driver arrives at your pick-up spot, you can contact us directly on our contact page on our website to still receive assistance. Please note that fees will be applied to compensate drivers for their time and effort.

  • If no driver accepts immediately, your sender request remains active for a short time while nearby drivers are notified. If none are available, you’ll be refunded immediately. Please note that these refunds may take a few business days to process through our Stripe partners. If you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here for you.

  • Feel free to reach us directly through the Contact Page on our website. Our team is available almost 24/7 to assist with delivery issues, driver support, or general questions.

  • Yes. You can schedule deliveries for later the same day or up to a few days ahead. Perfect for planned drop-offs or sending items while you’re away, contact us, and we’ll arrange that for you.

  • Pricing at the moment will only be $19.30 to adopt our first early users. Pricing may change in the future, depending on factors such as distance, urgency, and others. You’ll always see the total cost upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises.

  • Currently, Roadcoally focuses on local same-day deliveries within our zones, specifically in Palm Beach County, but long-distance options are coming soon. You will quickly be able to sign up for updates on our expansion areas, so stay tuned.

  • Yes! If you have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and want to earn money helping people locally, you can apply directly on our “Become a Driver” page.

  • Because it’s not just delivery, it’s connection. Roadcoally turns your neighborhood into a network of helping drivers, moving life forward faster and easier than ever, just for you. Roadcoally also allows you to deliver items, such as personal items, important documents, everyday essentials, or forgotten items. Our network connects you to drivers in your area, allowing you to get any item you need from Point A to Point B in just minutes, removing the worry of having to rely on someone to get you what you need from home, work, or school, or wherever your item is

  • Drivers operate as independent contractors and must carry a valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance. If questioned, you may show the active Roadcoally delivery in the app to demonstrate that you are performing a legitimate, tracked delivery.

  • We recommend completing deliveries alone for safety and professionalism, but we understand that some drivers may travel with pets or want to be with their pets. Pets are allowed, provided they are safely secured in the vehicle (e.g., in a crate or with a seatbelt harness) and do not come into contact with customer items. Passengers may ride along but cannot handle or interfere with the delivery process. This ensures that everyone, including your furry friends, stays safe and comfortable.

  • Yes. Roadcoally is a legally registered business operating in Florida. Anyone may verify the company’s registration and good standing through the Florida Department of State business registry. Transparency and compliance are core to Roadcoally’s operations.

  • If your vehicle becomes inoperable during delivery, notify Roadcoally Support immediately through the website's Contact page phone number. Support will guide the following steps, which may include safely returning the item to the sender or transferring the delivery to another driver when possible. Drivers are never expected to abandon an item or resolve these situations on their own.

  • Yes. Your location is only shared with the sender and recipient during an active delivery. Personal contact details are masked, and communication takes place through text messaging via iCloud or a reliable phone carrier.

  • No. Roadcoally does not provide auto insurance. Drivers are responsible for maintaining their own insurance. It is recommended that you inform your insurance provider about your local courier or gig work to ensure coverage is appropriate.

  • Please don't leave items unattended unless the sender has given explicit written permission within communication. If the recipient is unavailable, please get in touch with the sender via messaging or call them. If no resolution is reached, you may visit our contact page on our website and call the number listed on the contact page for Roadcoally support. Please keep in mind that if the delivery is returned to the sender, a return fee may be applied to the sender to compensate drivers, and the driver will be compensated for their efforts.

  • Driver safety & safety overall comes first. If a package appears suspicious, hazardous, or potentially illegal, do not accept the delivery. You can cancel the job immediately by first contacting us through our contact page, by calling the phone number listed on the contact page, and reporting the issue to Roadcoally Support. Safety-related cancellations do not negatively affect you as a driver, depending on the situation, and do not impact your status as a Roadcoally driver, depending on the situation.
